Smart SOP3.7.3 - App Store

Writing and updating your organization’s standard operating procedures is something that has been on your to-do list forever.

At DKF Solutions Group, we’ve developed an app that allows organizations to finally complete all of their SOP’s – once and for all.

Wouldn’t that be a huge relief?

You’ll have more time to focus on other important aspects of your job. Employees will be better prepared to do the work. And with the reduction of errors and injuries, you could be saving your organization thousands of dollars each year!

Thanks to the Smart SOP™ app, writing an effective standard operating procedure doesn’t have to be a complex or time-consuming process.

Our app allows you to quickly and easily create, share, and manage your organization’s SOP’s and lockout/tagout procedures. All from one place.

No more frantically taking notes in the field and then spending hours behind the computer typing up procedures.

Instead, just open the app and enter your information right then and there.

With Smart SOP™, you can use your device’s camera to take photos or videos and they are added automatically to your SOP.

Having a photo or video to reference will reduce the risk of errors and injuries when operating a new piece of equipment. Workers can see exactly how the job is supposed to be done.

Other key features and benefits:
